I don't recognise a payment!

Fortunately there are a few steps to take to make sure that your card is secure and your money is safe! 

April is a Buy Now, Pay Later service, in order to make a purchase a person must have a debit or credit card and the CVC, as we perform 3DS to verify the ownership of the card before the transaction completes.

First up, contact your bank! 

You will need to cancel your current card as if your card has been used to make a purchase without authorisation, it can be used again.

If you are unable to contact your bank immediately, lock the card within your banking app. 

Second, your bank will launch a dispute, and ask you for some information around the transaction, confirming that you did not make a purchase.

Finally, your bank will send further information to us and we will respond after speaking to the merchant.
