To update your card details you need to access your payment plan dashboard. You can use either a debit or credit card.
- Log in to your dashboard by simply following the "Log in" hyperlink at the bottom of your payment plan email
- Once you have arrived on your dashboard, hit the "Settings" tab on the left
- Then select "Cards" at the top to view your saved cards
- Select "Add a New Card"
- Enter new card details and hit "Save card"
- Select the new card and set it as your primary
- You can also delete the old card once the new card has been set as primary
Now you can process a missed payment, pay your next instalment early or pay in full with your updated card.
Note that the payment method used for the initial payment can not be changed during the first seven days. So if you get an error message "It is too soon to update your card", you will need to wait until the seven-day period is over and then try to update it again.
