If you're looking to cancel, you've probably purchased an AccorPlus membership on a payplan!
As we only handle the payment plans for Accor Plus, only they can cancel your membership and can process a refund as we are not authorised to access their systems.
But we can still direct you to someone who can!

Once the refund is processed, then your payment plan will be cancelled and any amount paid to date will be refunded within 10 business days.
Please note, if there are pending charges, they may be refunded in the form of a reversal. No refund will be sent, the original charge will simply disappear!
