What happens if I miss a payment?

Sometimes, it just happens!

Maybe the money was in the wrong account or the dog ate your wallet (true story) but, sometimes payments get missed.

Not to worry though, you can definitely pay it again through the dashboard!

Just hit "Log in" hyperlink at the bottom of your payment plan email. Otherwise, we'll also try to take that payment again 2 days after the instalment was due.

Missing a payment means you may incur a $5 late fee that will be added to your payment plan for the next instalment date, if not processed and if the second attempt doesn't go through.

If you miss the second payment instalment, it will be split up across the third and final instalments.

Example: If you miss your payment instalment of $50, then this plus a late fee will be added to your next instalment in two weeks.

$25 (the missed instalment) + $50 (the upcoming instalment) + $5 (Late fee) = $80 total
