If you're not happy with what you've ordered and get a refund, there are two possible options depending on the refund type!
Full Refund
In short, any money you've paid towards your plan will be refunded to you, and any remaining instalments will be cancelled.
Example
- A plan is set up for $400 and $100 is paid at the time of purchase.
- 3 days later the transaction is refunded in full.
- $100 is refunded back to the purchaser and the 3 remaining instalments are cancelled.
Partial Refund
If it is a partial refund, your future payment plans will be reduced or you may receive a partial refund of your payment instalments that you have made to date.
Example 1: Partial refund
- A plan is set up for $400 and $100 is paid at the time of purchase.
- 3 days later a partial refund of $150 dollars processed.
- The final instalment of $100 is cancelled
- The third instalment (second to last) is reduced to $50
- The second instalment remains at $100.
- No money is refunded to the purchaser.
- The payment plan continues with the updated values.
Example 2: Partial refund
- A plan is set up for $400 and $100 is paid at the time of purchase.
- 2 weeks later the second instalment is paid for $100
- 3 days after the second instalment a partial refund of $250 is processed
- The final instalment of $100 is cancelled
- The third instalment of $100 is cancelled
- $50 is refunded to the purchases
- The payment plan is finalised
Please note, refunds can take up to 10 business days to process and are at the discretion of the merchant.
